Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Dance Fitness is a class for mums who are pregnant or have a newborn baby alike. Co-designed by a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Pilates instructor, and dance teachers, this new class will provide mums with the fitness, strength, and flexibility they require during pregnancy and in the year following birth.
Making dance your form of pre & post natal exercise allows you and your baby to stay healthy in a fun and social environment.
