Studio Hire

Brighton Dance Academy is opening up it’s doors for Studio Hire during the day on weekdays and all day on Sunday’s to anyone wanting to hire and use our studios! We have 4 studios, 1 Pilates studio and 1 music studio available for hire.

Hire Spaces Would Suit:

• A certified Pilates instructor wanting a studio to use for Functional Pilates classes
• Teaching meditation or yoga
• Work outs with friends in an open space
• A room to call an office for a few hours on a weekday
• Physiotherapists running a mobile service where you’d like to organise appointments and treat patients
• Spaces to record Acting, Singing or Dance Self Tapes
• Craft clubs that needs a bit more space
• Mothers groups requiring a large open space where little ones can move around. (Bossy Boots cafe conveniently located next door for the takeaway coffees!)
• Community choirs

Payment and Pricing:

• Can be up front, invoices can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
• Payment varies, off-peak and peak time rates apply.
• One off bookings or ongoing available depending on availability.

 

Booking Cancellations:

BDA has a 24 hour cancellation policy for general studio hire:

• Studio hires cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged at the full price.
• Studio hires cancelled with more than 24 but less than 48 hours are able to be credited for another booking or changed to an alternative available date
• Studio hires cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be changed to a later available date at no cost, be credited for use at a later date, or be refunded (bookings of more than 4 hours will incur a 10% administrative fee)
• Please Note: A cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation of the cancellation.
